Allen and Abary billed me roughly five times what my wife’s attorney charged her. His retainer was 2000 but special case for me was 5000. There are bogus charges such as spending a half hour to look over her witness list. There were no witnesses. Mr. Allen never contacted my ex wife’s legal representative to negotiate anything on my behalf (confirmed) I worked out all the details, then at the arraignment he started “negotiating” so he could charge more(confirmed). I am at the beginning of my divorce process and so far my Lawyer William Allen has come through for me and I am thankful. He has been sympathetic and provided as much comfort as he could for a father missing his son. After my wife filing false accusations against me through injunctions he came to my rescue and got both of them thrown out. I was hesitant because of some of the reviews her and it just goes to show don't always believe what you read.
