Good experience over the phone when shopping around for an estate planning attorney for my parents, that spoke Spanish. Attorney asked for full price upfront, but after final 2nd signing appt, Mrs Garcia was not organized with all the paperwork during the appt (per my mom- who informed me after). Attorney advised that it was not necessary that I accompanied my parents to the 2nd signing appt.We found out later missing required signatures paperwork from the packets.
