This man is a saint. First, I contacted Kevin via Yelp over Mother's Day weekend because I was experiencing issues with my transaction. Kevin called me back promptly on Sunday - Mother's Day. It takes a rare committed person to do that. In addition, we had the most abusive buyer anyone could encounter who played unethical wargames by reneging on our contract multiple times.
