Roberto is very easy to work with. Not only in person, but remotely as well. We had to work remotely during the pandemic and he made it seamless. He's personable, professional, friendly, knowledgable, and caring. He takes care of everything, which allows me to sleep at night without worrying. He is patient. I had a patient tell me about a hospital bill that came up from over 6 years ago. Her insurance resolved it at that time, but now collectors were starting to call her about it.
