I had a debt collector trying to collect a debt from me that wasn't mine. I tried handling the issue on my own explaining to the debt collector that they had me confused with someone else. The debt collector ignored me and served a lawsuit on me for the debt that wasn't mine. I was very concerned, but luckily I found Roberto and he was able to resolve the issue quickly with the debt collector's attorney. Roberto is very easy to work with. Not only in person, but remotely as well. We had to work remotely during the pandemic and he made it seamless. He's personable, professional, friendly, knowledgable, and caring. He takes care of everything, which allows me to sleep at night without worrying. He is patient.
