I called three times on three consecutive days. Each time his assistants told me he'd call me back within 45 min. I also left an email. Got no responses to any of it. It's possible that my case wasn't worth it to him, but I would have appreciated hearing a "no" instead of radio silence. I even (very politely) told his assistant that the third time. I'm sure what others say about Zachary's kindness is true, but this was my experience.
