I felt that Yasmine used bullying, intimidation and other non-skilled behavior on behalf of her client during a mediation session with myself and my lawyer. People say "you want a lawyer like that". No you don't. I recommend a lawyer who utilizes their skills to obtain a proper settlement. Yasmine was unwilling on behalf of her client to accept a very fair initial counter-offer.
