Yana was the attorney for our son who was in a domestic partnership. She had some unusual legal challenges to deal with since our son's spouse was not responsive. She researched and gave our son good advice. He had a great outcome when the case went to trial and could finally get his house on the market after getting the ex evicted. The WORST LAWYER EVER!!!! went in for a consult and got treated like trash. Asked her a simple question and was answered with "I can look it up, it would only take me a few minutes but I'M NOT GOING to!!! " didn't even listen to the case that much and pretty much called me a LIER to my face... The WORST experience ever! I was disrespected and treated worse than scum. I will never recommend her nor ever want to deal with her again. Very unprofessional.
I don't like lawyers, so when I say I really like Yana, it means a lot. Yana is extremely competent, professional and knowledgeable. I followed her counsel to the letter and every bit of advice was spot on and the result was as she predicted.
