Can't talk to your lawyer no matter what!
Worst lawyers office didn't do anything for me as they said they would. Had me in the dark threw out my case I had to do my own running around to get my disability going. I recommended people and they told me they treated then the same way. If you do get them I recommend you make sure you don't have the case manager maricela if that's how you spell it. She is unprofessional has no communication skills. I know people are busy but it shouldn't take 2 weeks to get back to your clients when they say it's 911 important.
I was so very fortunate to have Winters And Banks representing me. Lisa fought these goofballs tooth and nail to not only get me a fair settlement but help me navigate Social Security and State Disability. She also knows very well qualified physicians who care about the patients health. Yes, Workers Comp is a corrupt system. It's designed to favor the employer.
