My experience with Vicki and Eric has been phenomenal. The quick responses, the explanations, the panic calls to Vicki, all of it has been the best experience in an extremely stressful situation. Living out of town complicated things on our end but Vicki was on top of everything. I was very impressed at how quickly emails and phone calls were returned.
