Attorney Clement suggested I await a jury trial which unfortunately took over a year to happen. I became frustrated on multiple occasions, as I was without a license until the charges were resolved. Many times, I asked if we should just do a plea deal (i.e.; throw in the towel). He said he'd do what I wanted, but he was confident a jury trial for my case would result in a good outcome.
