Attorney Clement suggested I await a jury trial which unfortunately took over a year to happen. I became frustrated on multiple occasions, as I was without a license until the charges were resolved. Many times, I asked if we should just do a plea deal (i.e.; throw in the towel). He said he'd do what I wanted, but he was confident a jury trial for my case would result in a good outcome. I couldn't have been more pleased with his skills and no nonsense approach to legal representation.
If I could rate him a 0 I would. Retained him for a traffic ticket in court. Despite several calls and text messages, he did not respond. Today was my court date and he did not show up. No call, no show. After waiting more than a half hour in court, I texted him again asking for a response. He finally returned my call stating that he was having car trouble.
