I want to start on a positive note and say that he was very quick to respond to my online inquiry. However, his attitude is just terrible. He is condescending and makes you feel really dumb. I would rather get gallbladder surgery than to pay this guy to represent me.
very unprofessional and disrespectful. he s in contract with some corp employee assistance program and the only reason he replies is because he can claim that easy money from that program. He wont provide professional advice, anything u ask he ll say he doesnt know and in the end he says he doesn't like this kind of case, when asking why then is he practicing in this area, he refused to answer. Pretty much he just like easy money of filling some forms.
Attorney not very knowledgeable about issues..said some king of court filling bit something... Doesn't have patience to hear scenario..in my opinion.. Didn't care...hung on me in first 5 min.... His staff was awesome HOWEVER..THX FRONT OFFICE...IF IT WASN'T FOR THIS GUY..ID GIVE U 5 STARS...
We requested a vetted attorney for a mediation with a home builder from the Lawyer referral service. The red flags started after he collected the retainer and declared he did not have an assistant and we would be charged the full attorneys fee on any contact. We got a bill almost right after each phone call. We paid and paid tens of thousands to jog his memory as he seemed unable to focus. I generally don't think highly of lawyers but when I found myself in need of one, I lucked out when I found Tom and his staff. They were absolutely great. I was kept informed on the progress of my case and they worked diligently for me. I highly recommend
