Todd was one of the sharpest and attentive lawyers that I have opposed in my 35+ year legal career.
I have collaborated with Todd Fox on several real estate related and probate and estate issues that have arisen over the years. Todd has always been attentive to my needs and has offered excellent advice in a clear and concise and kind manner. I would certainly recommend Todd as someone to reach out to with anything legally related.
Todd Fox did NOT want to defend my case properly. Took my $1500.00 retainer fee. I had to change lawyer in the middle of my court case. He didn't want to listen to my defense nor provide one. He didnt even provide my reponse to discovery to the court. It was very sad to be taken advantage of by his Law Firm. I wish for my money back but that will never happen…I have many saved emails to Todd Fox pleading for Mr Fox to defend me. I asked him can he at least take my defense to court.
