Mr. Green took my $3,000 retainer and then did nothing for me, in terms of the Guardian ad Litem case I had going on in the Hendricks County court. He did not communicate with the Guardian, or even return my emails or phone calls. I turned him into the Ethics Committee and he lied to them about his billable hours. Thomas M. Green is the most unethical attorney I have ever come into contact with in the 12 years I’ve been going through my horrendous divorce and custody dispute. He charged me a retainer of $3000 and then refused to respond to emails, phone calls or text messages- neither to me or to the Guardian Ad Litem who had been court appointed to my case.
