If I could give zero stars, I would. Phil Boggess took on an estate issue for my mother, costing a flat fee of $500 - and proceeded to put us off for weeks saying he would "get it to us by Monday". Now, we are unable to get ahold of him by email or phone, but he sure did take our money in a timely manner. I am reporting Phil Boggess to the BAR Association for ethics concerns. Stay away if you can!
