Just the worst experience that I have ever had with any business. Initially Susan and her helper were very sweet to me and I thought I had really found someone who could help me through this difficult time. My experience with Susan was years ago now, but I will never forget it. While my bankruptcy went through in the end, she was the most unprofessional person I’ve ever dealt with in such an important position. She gossiped about staff after they made mistakes, mistook me with another client and nearly ruined a vacation when she called me telling me I HAD to be in Austin, and was late to something she demanded I be early to, among other issues. We contacted her to schedule a meeting with her. We couldn't come to the first meeting because my son was projectile vomiting that morning. Had I known she would use that against me, I would have brought my son with me with a basket to throw up into. I called them to let them know that. I was just doing common courtesy because no one wants to be around a child that was throwing up. I even offered to show them the doctor's note that he missed school on that day.
