Steve is very knowledgable. It's irritating that many appointments he is late. Sometimes it is hard to get in touch with him and his secretary is frustrating to deal with. He dropped the ball on a mediation hearing, which was upsetting. I wish that he had a paralegal under him to communicate with when he goes out of town. I do appreciate how knowledgable he is about the process and did take the time to explain the procedures when we were confused.
