Stephen came recommended from a mutual friend. My ex wife passed away and I have 2 young children that are being taken advantage of and I have proof. I need legal representation. Stephen sympathized with me and said he could help. On Tuesday, He told me he needed $250 by 5 PM before we spoke, and after that conversation if I wanted him to represent me, the $250 would be deducted from his retainer balance.
