They are extremely hard to get ahold of, if I could do 0 stars, I would! They have horrible communication and whenever they know you are going payoff your account, they avoid your phone calls and try to play it like you never tried to contact them!!
I had an awful experience when a sheriff’s deputy came to my house with a subpoena. At the time I was unemployed and I explained the situation and they still sent that subpoena in a very threatening and unprofessional way. I am willing to work with anybody, just don’t do me like that.
Willing to work with you on a payment plan, good luck getting a hold of them when you need to make a payment.
They're just in it to make a buck by any means they see fit.
