I was arrested in 2019 for unlawful possession of a handgun, no crime committed just had it in my truck while working for the Amish in Akron. I did no jail time except for after initial arrest. No crime pulled over for speeding, I had no criminal history at all a veteran and I they got me to agree to guilty. My record now shows that I did a year in jail and a year probation.
