Like a few others have said. He is a terrible lawyer. Save yourself the headache. I have a slam dunk case against a Periodontist, Hamid Atabakgsh. It is an easy case of malpractice. He took the case, sent his letter of representation. Atabakhsh called in and refused to turn it in to his insurance. Filing the petition with discovery would have changed things, instead Shane looked for every reason to not file the case because he guaranteed to pickup expenses.
