Mr. Smith is a great criminal attorney but he's a bit arrogant and condescending at times. I guess that works out well when he deals with the prosecutors and judges(great result in my case and for a friend of mine as well) but I think he sometimes forgets to get out of cross examination mode. He's one of the few lawyers I've met who genuinely cares about his clients and not just about money, but do not expect him to be overly patient if you haven't done what you're supposed to do.
