She was hired to do estate planning for my parents. She started out very professional. She met my parents at their home to discuss their needs and set a date at her office for signing the necessary paperwork. But after signing the will she said there was paperwork that she would file to make everything offiial and then ghosted us. We have tried calling and emailing with no response. That was about a year ago. If you have another option for these services it may be best to use them instead.
