Samira is a crook. She forces you to pay upfront and then goes on absconding mode. She has not replied to emails, calls or letters for more than an year now
We met Samira Nichols when she helped my partner and I with his immigration legal problems. We didn’t have the funds to pay right then and there. So she worked out a plan with us that we all could agree upon. We are just your average hardworking people who don’t make as much as others. Samira Nichols is a crook! Samira Nichols is irresponsible and extremely unprofessional. I started working with her in June 2021, soon after I signed the agreement she stopped responding. The application process never progressed. I'm still waiting for our contract termination letter and the amount I paid.
Like most of people have said in reviews. Please stay away from her. Most unprofessional person I have come across in the US. She will talk sweet till you sign a contact with her and after that she will forget you. You just keep paying your installments.
Samira Nichols is the most unprofessional person I have met in my life. She talks nicely and lures you into her web and then when you pay the money she is no where to be found. She delays cases for years for no apparent reason. Eventually you get frustrated and pick a different lawyer. It had been 3 years but till this date she did not do anything with my case and said the money is non refundable. And did I mention she takes 100% of the lawyer fees upfront!
