He accepted my case to help me file for divorce and was very nice and helpful during our initial consultation. When it was the day to file, he was in meetings all day and could not talk. He originally sent me a document with someone else's name on it. He never addressed this when I informed him. The notary caught the mistake. My wife and I hired Mr. Scholar with the intent of estate planning purposes (creating our will). Mr. Scholar charges an initial up front fee of $300, then an additional $300 once the will is complete. The process went relatively smooth until the day we were supposed to stop in to sign the will (made an appointment for 9:30am on August 06, 2021).
