Horrible experience went to this office because of an accident I had, and they tried to convince me to open a case with my own insurance....the staff also was also unfamiliar with my case until I reminded them of my accident details...Celina also bothered when my family member would accompany me to the office when I would stop by for an update on my case.If I could I would give them no stars but this is the only way I could put a review
Ladies in the front desk are very rude
Mr. Rudy Perez has been a wonderful help to my driving record. He got 2 traffic citations of mine dismissed. Which were very unjustified. I can't give many details on why they're unjustified, but it'd take to much space and time. The police officer being the main reason. I would definitely recommend Mr. Perez's services. He, and his team, are very polite, helpful, and thorough with giving you details on how the process is going.
