It was a pleasure working with Rong Lin. She is very responsive via text and calls based on your needs/schedule. She is also very knowledgeable and takes time to explain anything that you may need more clarity on. Rong was also very transparent with you to set up expectations which I thought it was extremely important when I was buying my first home. She also has a team working with her in order to get quick updates back to you via email. Would definitely recommend her!
Attorney Lin and her assistant are very responsible and professional. Whenever I sent a text message or called, they always responded promptly. I never had a question that went unanswered, and they kept me informed throughout the entire process. Their fees are also very reasonable for the quality of service they provide. I highly recommend Attorney Lin and her team. I would definitely choose Attorney Lin again in the future.

Had the pleasure to work with Rong Lin ! She was amazing in every way! It was a difficult Co-Op Sale .. Her firm had to write 3 contracts for this sale after the 1st 2 were rejected. Finally received a closing date and she was on point at the closing. She did a POA for us so we didn't have to travel back to the closing. She exceeded all of our expectations ! Rong and her team helped me with the recent closing of my condo sale, and they were absolutely fantastic. Since I currently live out of the country, my father acted on my behalf. Rong seamlessly coordinated everything, keeping both of us fully informed at every step.
