Stay away, I wish I could give less than 1 star. He says he has 40yrs experience but is not up on current law. In court he quoted more movies than law.- "Judge, I’m not the only guy here who’s 21 watched the “The Maltese Falcon.”"-from transcripts I was sanctioned for following his advice. The court upheld its findings and determined Incollingo's conduct was the "worst bad faith" and that it "shines a very bad light on lawyers."

Very rude I called to ask if he would be able to help me in a situation. He immediately said that small claim doesn't make him enough money and I need to seek another lawyer. I understand it may not be a fit, but customer service is everything. Treat people the same way you would want to be treated.

I was recommended to Robert for an issue with my late husband’s pension. He immediately realized my concerns and sent out an e-mail to my husband’s pension plan and within a week I had my back pension payments deposited into my account.His secretary, Tiffany, was professional and efficient with responses to my calls.
