I got his number from another lawyer who knows Rick. i had some questions and problems with tenants that at first was great at asking me and emailing everything he needs. After i get the info he needs to move forward with a plan he completely ghosts me. No return emails after I emailed him once. Then a week later once again making sure he got the information.
