I've only had one call with this office (so far) and honestly, I was very pleased with my experience. As a very blunt or forward person myself, I respected and appreciated the honesty and forwardness of Mr. Shum. He was pleasant on the phone and didnt seem to be bothered by my anxiety making my thoughts race. That's patience at it's finest. I may not have walked away with a lawyer at this moment in time, but I know where I'm looking at first.
