Richard handled a criminal case for me in which I was wrongly accused. He at first seemed on top of it (until he got my money), but then seemed perpetually annoyed. Case was resolved to a lesser misdemeanor but he was supposed to have at least tried to arrange an Alford plea and he never bothered.
