Mr. Toney is an absolutely amazing attorney. I’m a SSG in the U.S. Army. I was selected for promotion in 2014 to the rank of SFC. I received a General Officer Memorandum of Reprimand for a offense I did not commit and the GOMOR caused me to lose my promotion and ultimately be recommended for separation under the QMP. Due to the fact I was selected for QMP I was automatically labeled as a bad Soldier and was not going to be in the Army much longer.
