I interviewed a few law offices when executing the estate of my cousin and am relieved that I choose attorney Raphael Rosemblat and his assistant Ginger Michele. While a relatively simple estate it was still subject to California probate and I was executing it from my home in Montana. Right from my initial conversation with Mr. Rosemblat, I knew he was the right person to handle the Conservatorship for my daughter with special needs, and who’s 18th birthday happened to be in the worst time of COVID-19.
