I am extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism and communication from this firm. I trusted them with my DACA renewal, but getting in touch with anyone is nearly impossible; phone calls go unanswered, and text communication from the assistant is completely unreliable and randomly stops. This is unfortunately a pattern.
