I had the worst experience with Barry Pechter. I retained his services with both a verbal and written contract. It specifically stated the cost of his services with a written disclaimer of additional fees if the case were to go to trial.He was not good at negotiating with the prosecutor and claimed that more than likely the case would go to trial.
