I had the worst experience with Barry Pechter. I retained his services with both a verbal and written contract. It specifically stated the cost of his services with a written disclaimer of additional fees if the case were to go to trial.He was not good at negotiating with the prosecutor and claimed that more than likely the case would go to trial. He then informed me that he would need the trial fee up front. The case did not go to trial and when I requested my trial fees be reimbursed he was very rude and indignant. He ulti... read more
