Paul is a bull in a china shop. I thought that would be good trait to settle a simple contract dispute but I was wrong. He misinterpreted the case from the start, even after my continued corrections, and presented facts that did not have any legal standing to the client's inside counsel. I wondered if he even read the contract at dispute.
