If could give him 0 stars I would. Had to pay a retainer upfront and he proceeds to do nothing but prolong the process yet blame me. Then weeks later he tells me the retainer has run out and to pay him hundreds each month. The man is a grifter and scam artist. AVOID AT ALL COST!! Edit: As you can see from his reply, this is the kind of lawyer he is; need I say more.

Did absolutely nothing for me, but did help my x get everything..be careful who you hire as a lawyer to represent you. You get what you pay for. And in some cases worse. If you're looking for a divorce attorney don't look here. Mr Gifford represented me in a divorce/custody case. I lost everything, custody and real-estate, furniture , retirement...everything!! Especially custody should not of lost. He is an awful lawyer, every other lawyer I've spoken to said I should had have 50% of custody and of everything. At minimum. He... read more
