The way we were treated by the front secretaries was unacceptable. We were spoken to rudely, made to feel like an inconvenience, and received little to no help when asking basic questions—they even told me outright to stop calling them to ask questions. There was no professionalism or empathy, which is shocking for a legal office. Client service starts at the front desk, and this firm seriously needs to address how their staff interacts with people.
