Weirdly I had a completely different interaction from Natalia but we could of had different front office secretaries. Starting from the receptionist or secretary, everything was extremely professional and efficient for me. I called 1 year after the purchase of my property and asked if, by chance, they still had my survey on file. They politely informed me they did and provided me with what I needed, and even walked me through how to reach the surveyor who performed the services. The way we were treated by the front secretaries was unacceptable. We were spoken to rudely, made to feel like an inconvenience, and received little to no help when asking basic questions—they even told me outright to stop calling them to ask questions. There was no professionalism or empathy, which is shocking for a legal office. Client service starts at the front desk, and this firm seriously needs to address how their staff interacts with people.
