Hello Interested Parties; I'm sorry, but I would definitely not recommend this attorney to resolve your divorce, custody and child support issues because at the end of the day, you're no longer ahead than when you started and now I'm $10,000 in the hole. Her rates are outrageous, 250/hr - out-of-court and 350/hr in-court and a retainer of $3500 dollars. Patricia Overmeyer is a great attorney. She is expecially great if you have children. She is a big child advocte and making sure that whathappens to the child will be best for the child even after the divorce is over. Her fees are simialr to what you would pay any lawyer in tucson.
