Shannon, as the owner of the building I can tell you and everyone looking that you are not nor have ever been a tenant here. There are other Roslyn apartments you may be talking about but I can assure anyone reading your review that we do not have a fly problem, that you have never lived here, and that we have never in the 50 years we have owned the building increased a tenant’s rent by 18 %. So please, before you talk badly about a building, get your facts straight! Thank you.
