What can I say I'm a landlord who had a very difficult case with a tenant I couldn't get out went with a few different lawyers and lost a case against him when we went to court. We were struggling to get a "nightmare tenant" out, one that hadn't paid rent for 10-months and refused to leave when the property went up for sale and escrow started.
