Nicholas assisted and advised me with contractual issues on a project owned by the City of Palo Alto where my company was performing as a subcontractor. We needed to escalate costs as the GC was far behind schedule and our material costs had rocketed in the wake of the post covid material cost increases. We were able to get a very reluctant group of people from the City to agree and things worked out in our favor. Nicholas is transparent, fair, very competent, and a pleasure to deal with!
