Nicholas Rifelj over promises and under delivers. He did a very poor job with what he promised. He also had very poor customer service. He did not return emails or phone calls in a timely fashion and regularly I had to contact him several times to reach him. When I finally became so dissastisfied with his service and switched attorneys, he initially stated that he would return some of my fee but then did not. I would recommend looking elsewhere if you value service.
