Hansen and Associates are terrible! When you need to get ahold of them they do not return your calls or faxes. If they make a mistake they are very slow to fix it. They have cost us alot of money and may end up losing our house over this.
Terrible to say the least. Extreamly hard to get a hold of. Do not answer questions. Ultimatly got what I wanted but had to fight each step of the way. I do not recommend this this firm.
