Amazing treatment!
If my parents and I could give 0 stars we would. If we would have seen these reviews before, we would have NEVER wasted our time. Attorney Herrera, starts yelling at you for no given reason. Instead of speaking/ communicating with you. If you can not speak to a potential client with professionalism, you do not need to be an attorney. Attorney Herrera, you do not up hold Professional conduct or ethics.
MY CASE STARTED IN 2023. I ASKED MONICA FOR HELP. SHE IMMEDIATELY TOOK MY CASE AND I STARTED MY ROAD TO RECOVERY. I WAS INJURED BAD AND MY JOB BASICALLY WAS GOING TO FIRE ME. I GAVE THEM MY LETTER OF RESIGNATION AND JUST DID WHAT I NEEDED TO DO, WAS TO HEAL. TODAY, MONICA CALLED ME AFTER I CLOSED MY CASE THE LAST WEEK IN JULY. SHE TOLD I RECEIVED A LETTER FROM WC. The reviews speak volumes. You have been given all the information you need. I personally have experienced every negative action that every other person has left on here. Save yourself some time some money and stress. Very unprofessional if you’re wanting to have a back and forth shouting match with the person you’re paying for representation then this is your person. I was hurt at school and searched and searched to find a lawyer to take my case. I was hopeful when she said she would represent me. She knew that we were on a short timeline. She took herself off my case and I later found out that she had filed the paperwork late. She may have cost me money. Will never know. On a side note: Worker’s Comp is not for the worker. My school district was not concerned about me when they knew I was hurt.
