Piece of shit! Demanded $1500 up front said he would start Monday well it was a couple of weeks later He said his right away wasnt the same as mine I was in dire straights with squatters in my house This creep dragged his feet for a month at a time called me names insulted me and after the last time after a month of nothing I called him took four calls for him to pick up.
