I contacted this office a month ago and provided both my email and phone number, yet no one reached out until right before my court date to tell me I couldn’t use their service. They waited until the last minute instead of being upfront from the start, leaving me scrambling to find another lawyer. This is unacceptable, especially since the service was already paid through my job. Simply unprofessional

Rousseau got me into a first time offenders class telling me it would be expunged for my record. But instead, it was an omission of guilt and is forever on my record. I was then fired. I don't know if it was inexperience or what, but he has negatively impacted my career for the rest of my life.
