This man has done so much for both of my cases that it pains me to see any bad reveiw of him. I guess you can't please everyone and none of these complaints stood up because if you check through the BAR association he has never had one complaint with any merit. He will talk with you and deal with you personally but he will not make promises he can not keep. If you do have a promblem leave a message he answers them twice a day usually.
Very pleased with Mr Hester. He really is the best on the coast. I highly recommend him for everyone.
He handled two of my cases flalessly. I would absolutely use him again in the future if need be. He has done wonderful work for me and a friend of mine.
I TOTALLY AGREE with Monica K. when she said that this lawyer seems great at the first meeting...true, but then he can NEVER be reached! He is handling a case for my daughter in which I was told could be handled in a matter of a ten minute phone call, but instead, she has been locked up for over three months now, awaiting a court date. This would be ZERO STARS if that was an option!!!! This attorney seemed great at our 1st meeting. He agreed to file my divorce with a $200.00 payment and said it would be filed the next day and that I could make payments on the remaining balance. He is a lying snake. He said the whole thing would be completed in 60 days, because my divorce is a non-contested divorce. Do not use this attorney he is a snake he was hired to defend my brother and paid in full at that time he then went into court without saying a word he never said one word when asked if he had witnesses he said no we had four witnesses there when asked if he wanted to cross examine the other side's witnesses he said no after it was all said and done he allowed my brother to get sentenced to seven years in prison after the court hearing and my brother being sentence he has made it a point to go to the jail where my brother is... read more
