I made a few calls initially to lawyers in the area and Melinda was the only Lawyer that called me back personally and wanted to hear every detail of what happened before any retainer was made. At the end of everything it was handled well and everything was dismissed. The only down side was I felt there wasn’t much communication, although she definitely did her job well.
