Super unprofessional. At least the receptionist is. I called about a case, no one asked for the client’s name, but I was told no bond reduction had been filed which how would the receptionist know if none had been not filed if they never asked the name. Then they hung up. Me personally I would not recommend this person the slightest. While also looking at her other cases using my case I wouldn’t expect her to do much for you. Absolute WORST lawyer I have ever dealt with! Cannot get names correct, cannot accept fault nor follow through, blamed us for issues they caused. Nothing they did was correct and they were rude and condescending the entire time. Thank you for putting my family in undue hardship due to your immature and unethical practices.
The boys and I were blessed to have Attorney Mock working our custody case. Great, compassionate, and honest staff. I met Mary Beth at one of the lowest points of my life. I was stupid and woke up in jail. She came to the jail that night to talk to me. (I didn't even know I had a lawyer) She called my family for me to let them know what was going on. Both things she didn't have to do, but did anyways.
